Focaccia in AirFryer

Make delicious, crispy, and flavorful focaccia in your AirFryer with this easy recipe. It's a perfect snack or side dish that everyone will love!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 packet 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary

  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt flakes

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast

Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy

Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture

Mix well to form a dough

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic

Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil and knead for another 2 minutes

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size

Preheat your AirFryer to 350F 180C for 5 minutes

Roll out the dough into a rectangle that fits the AirFryer basket

Brush with the remaining olive oil

Sprinkle dried rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, sea salt flakes, and Parmesan cheese evenly over the dough

Place the dough in the AirFryer basket and cook at 350F 180C for 15-20 minutes, or until the focaccia is golden brown and crispy on top

Remove from the AirFryer, let it cool slightly, and then slice into pieces

Serve your homemade AirFryer focaccia warm with your favorite dipping sauce or enjoy it as is
