Savory Garlic Shrimp Pasta

This savory garlic shrimp pasta is a quick and flavorful alternative to take-out. Succulent shrimp, fragrant garlic, and tangy cherry tomatoes come together with al dente linguine for a satisfying meal that's ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz linguine pasta

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Crushed red pepper flakes optional

Instructions:

Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions until al dente


Drain and set aside


In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat


Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant, about 1 minute


Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side


Stir in cherry tomatoes and cooked linguine pasta


Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing flavors to meld


Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes if desired


Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese over the pasta


Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and parsley if desired
