Strawberry Glazed Donut Holes

These deliciously fruity baked donut holes with a strawberry glaze are a delightful treat. These are great as a sweet snack or for breakfast.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 
  
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 
  
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 
  
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 
  
• 1/3 cup milk
• 
  
• 1 egg
• 
  
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 
  
• 1/2 cup diced strawberries
• 
  

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C and grease a mini muffin pan

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt

Add melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients

Mix until well combined

Gently fold in the diced strawberries into the batter

Fill each mini muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

Allow the donut holes to cool for a few minutes before removing them from the pan

While still warm, dip each donut hole into the strawberry glaze recipe below and let excess glaze drip off

Place glazed donut holes on a wire rack to set the glaze
