Instructions:Warm the grill up to a medium-high level Make 4 patties out of the ground beef that are all the same size Add pepper and salt Grill the burger patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them Put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty to melt in the last minute of grilling While the burgers are cooking, split the buns in half and toast them on the grill for a few seconds each side Put Dijon mustard and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix them together to make a unique sauce Put the burgers together: Toast the bun halves and then spread the special sauce on them On the bottom bun, put a lettuce leaf Then, add a burger patty with melted cheese Add bacon slices, tomato slices, and red onion rings on top Put the top bun on top Serve right away or wrap in foil to take to a picnic
